Information

Everyone’s overall fitness needs are the same but the loads they need to use ie. the weights vary. The programming is set up so that everyone starts at a base level of strength and builds over time. If you are new opt for bodyweight or lighter weights. If you are experienced pick a weight to start that feels comfortable.

SMART is science based. No fluff or filler. The program evolves as new and better research comes out. Some aspects are tried and true because they are backed by years of efficacy.

We use the app TRAIN HEROIC to provide you your daily programming with how to videos and notes. This also gives a place to build a community of like minded individuals.
